**1. Test Roller Axial Load Tester:**
The roller diameter that can be measured ranges from Φ245 to Φ76 mm. The maximum roller length that can be tested is 800 mm. However, if the customer requires a longer length than the standard, we can customize the testing device accordingly.
**2. Design Principle:**
The axial load tester is designed with several key components:
I. A screw regulator for precise control.
II. A high-precision sensor system.
III. A screw micro-adjustment device for fine-tuning.
IV. A designated position for placing the test specimen.
V. A roller base support with multiple steps.
VI. A pressure application device to apply the axial load.
The pressure device is used to bring the sample into contact with the screw micro-adjustment mechanism. If the sample length is insufficient, the screw device can be adjusted to ensure accurate contact. Once in contact, the pressure device continues to apply force, simulating an axial load on the roller.
**3. Usage Process Explanation:**
I. Connect the device’s power cable to the power supply and turn it on. Check the stability of the power source before starting the test.
II. Secure the sensor in its designated position according to installation instructions. Ensure the sensor is firmly mounted and properly connected. Observe the digital display on the analysis instrument to confirm stable readings. If the data is unstable, stop the test immediately and contact technical support.
III. Install the upper pressure device in a fixed position. Once secured, place the lower tray firmly on top of the pressure device. Then, vertically and stably position the test roller on the supporting seat.
IV. Adjust the height of the screw micro-adjustment device based on the roller’s length. When the roller makes firm contact with the upper plate, the test is ready to begin.
V. During the adjustment phase, move the lower tray as needed to align the inner roller’s centerline with the sensor’s vertical axis. This ensures accurate force measurement.
VI. Apply pressure gradually using the pressure device. As the sensor reads the load, stop when the specified value is reached. If the roller shows visible damage during reloading, the microcomputer will record the maximum force (in kN) for further analysis.
VII. After the test, remove the pressure system carefully.
VIII. Inspect whether the central axis of the roller (including the bearing housing and sealing device) has separated from the outer pipe body. If no separation occurs, the roller is considered qualified. Any detachment means the roller is unqualified.
The experiment is now complete.
