Yongkang is regarded as the hometown of Chinese hardware and is one of the largest hardware industry clusters in China. There are nearly 10,000 hardware companies, employing 300,000 people. Since its inception in 1996, the China (Yongkang) Hardware Fair has been successfully held for 16 sessions. After more than ten years of development, the hardware expo has become the weather indicator and barometer of China's hardware industry. The turnover of the last session exceeded RMB 10 billion, and its professional and commercial value has been recognized by the industry.

In addition, under its leadership, Yongkang has also given birth to 16 professional exhibitions such as the Expo and Mold Exhibition, which has driven local companies to create brands and become international. According to statistics, in 1998 Yongkang's self-supported exports totaled only 60.91 million U.S. dollars, reached 3.65 billion U.S. dollars by 2012, and turned 60 times in 14 years.

It is understood that this expo will mainly include power tools, tool hardware, household appliances, vehicles, fitness and leisure, mechanical and electrical products, machinery and equipment and other hardware exhibition areas. The expo has 11 pavilions (with an off-site booth), an area of ​​about 70,000 square meters, and a special booth of 17,600 square meters. A total of 1800 standard booths and 280 special booths were arranged.

As of July 31, there were 1,758 companies participating in the exhibition, from all over China, Taiwan, and overseas. Yongcheng International Exhibition Center Manager Jin Chengshan said that at present, 1,366 have passed the review.
