The electromagnetic flowmeter is a meter that is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and is used to measure the volumetric flow of conductive liquid. When the meter is powered, the electromagnetic flow meter will automatically enter the measurement state. In the automatic measurement state, the electromagnetic flowmeter automatically completes each measurement function and displays the corresponding measurement data. In the parameter setting state, the user uses four panel keys to complete the meter parameter setting.
First, the button function
1. Automatic measurement status key function
Down button: Cycle down the screen to display the content;
Up button: the upper display content of the cycle selection screen;
Compound key + confirmation key: enter the parameter setting state;
Confirmation key: return to the automatic measurement state;
Note: In the measurement state, the contrast of the LCD display is adjusted: the small LCD is pressed by “composite button + up button†or “composite button + down button†for a few seconds; the large liquid crystal is realized by adjusting the potentiometer on the back of the large liquid crystal.
2, parameter setting state key function
Down key: the number at the cursor is decremented by 1;
Up button: the number at the cursor is increased by 1;
Composite key + down key: the cursor moves to the left;
Composite key + up key: the cursor moves to the right;
Confirmation key: enter/exit submenu;
Confirmation key: In any state, press continuously for two seconds to return to the automatic measurement state.
Note: (1) When using the “composite buttonâ€, press the composite button first and then press the “up†or “down†button at the same time.
(2) In the parameter setting state, there is no button operation within 3 minutes, and the meter automatically returns to the measurement state.
(3) Flow direction selection of flow zero correction, the cursor can be moved to the leftmost "+" or "-" and switched with "upper key" or "down key" to make it opposite to the actual flow direction.
(4) The unit selection of flow can be moved to the original displayed flow unit of the “Flow Range Setup†menu, and then switched with “Up†or “Down†to make it meet the needs.
Second, the parameter setting function key operation
To set or modify the electromagnetic flowmeter parameters, the flowmeter must be brought from the measurement state to the parameter setting state. In the measurement state, press the “Composite Key+Confirmation Key†to display the status conversion password (0000). According to the security level, modify it according to the password provided by the manufacturer. Press "Composite button + Confirm button" again to enter the desired parameter setting state.
