Second, the classification and marking of safety nets

Third, the technical requirements of the safety net

1. The safety net can be made of nylon, vinylon, rayon or other materials with weather resistance not lower than the above varieties.

2. The height of the flat net shall not be less than 3m, the width of the vertical net shall not be less than 1.2m, and the width of the dense mesh safety net (height) shall not be less than 1.2m. Product specification deviation: allowed to be less than ±2%. The weight of each safety net should generally not exceed 15kg.

3. A safety net with a diamond or square mesh with a mesh length of no more than 8 cm.

4. The connection between the side rope and the net body must be firm, and the breaking strength of the flat net side rope shall not be less than 7000N; the breaking tension of the side net side rope shall not be less than 3000N.

5. The tether is evenly distributed along the edge of the net, and the spacing between two adjacent tethers is to comply with Table 1. The length is not less than 0.8m. When the tendons are strong and the tethers are used together, the tether portion must be lengthened, and after being fastened to the side length, the tethers are folded back and fastened to form at least two roots. 6. The distribution of the tendons should be reasonable. The distance between two adjacent tendons on the flat net is not less than 30cm, and the breaking strength of the tendons is not more than 3000N.

7. The mesh body is strong and should meet the corresponding product standards.

8. All nodes of the safety net must be fixed.

10. The barrier net safety net must have flame retardancy, and its continuous burning smoldering time should not exceed 4s.

IV. Safety net inspection The safety net inspection is divided into two types: factory inspection and type inspection. Factory inspection includes: 1 appearance, specification, weight, mesh length; 2 edge rope, rib rope breaking strength; 3 impact resistance; 4 penetration resistance (for dense mesh safety net); 5 flame retardant properties (applicable Flame retardant safety net). Type inspection and construction site use are of little significance (omitted). 5. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 1. The product logo includes the following:

1 product name and classification mark;

2 mesh side length;

3 manufacturer name, site;

4 trademarks;

5 date of manufacture (or number);

6 expiration date;

7 Other contents that must be filled in according to relevant regulations, such as production license number.

2. Each safety net should be packaged in plastic film, paper bag, etc., with product manual, factory inspection certificate and other documents (such as security certificate) that must be provided according to relevant regulations.

3. For those who have a storage period of more than 2 years, they shall be sampled at 0.2%, and when the storage period is less than 1,000, two samples shall be taken for impact test.

6. General principles of use of safety nets

1. Each tether of the safety net should be tied to the frame. The four surrounding ropes (edges) should be tightly attached to the brackets. The tie should conform to the principle of easy knotting, firm connection and easy unraveling, and the force is not dissipated during work. The safety net with ribs should also be attached to the bracket when installing.

2. The flat mesh surface should not be stretched too tightly, and the minimum distance between the flat net and the surface of the lower object should be no less than 3m. The distance between the two layers of flat wind shall not exceed 10m. 3

. The vertical mesh surface shall be perpendicular to the horizontal plane and shall not exceed 10 cm from the maximum edge of the working edge.

4. The safety net after installation should be inspected by a special person before use.

5. For the safety net in use, regular or irregular inspections should be carried out, and the online objects should be cleaned up in time. Replace it when it is subjected to a large impact.
