In 2016, the Spring Lake House Tour offered a remarkable opportunity for a design firm based in Sea Girt, New Jersey. Nestled in the historic town of Spring Lake, New Jersey, the tour highlighted an exceptional kitchen design by Rene Costabile from Design Line Kitchens. Rene's creation was displayed to 1,300 enthusiastic design aficionados, leaving a lasting impression both personally and professionally.
Rene's mission was to craft a dream kitchen tailored to her client's desires. Reflecting on her experience, her client shared, "From our very first meeting, Rene from Design Line Kitchens said, 'Let’s build the kitchen of your dreams.' I initially thought it wasn't necessary—I just wanted something I’d enjoy. But Rene didn’t take no for an answer. She delivered exactly what I hadn’t even imagined until I saw it and fell deeply in love. Rene was a trusted design partner every step of the way, always available to guide me through decisions large and small."
With a focus on coastal style, this kitchen captures the essence of seaside living. The thoughtful design elements around the sink, range hood, coffee bar, and island create a cohesive aesthetic. A standout feature is the Waterstone Wheel Pulldown Faucet, a unique and traditional piece that doubles as a stunning focal point. The detailed farmhouse sink paired with this faucet adds elegance and charm. Rene's passion for creating spaces that feel special shines through in her choice of Waterstone faucets. She explains, "There’s nothing quite like the Waterstone Wheel when it comes to capturing the coastal spirit. Its resemblance to the wheel of a ship—the heart of navigation—mirrors how the kitchen serves as the heart of a home. This faucet deserves to be at the center of such an essential space."
Beyond the faucet, the kitchen boasts handcrafted cabinetry, an arabesque tile backsplash, marble countertops, and top-tier appliances. These elements combine to create a kitchen that is both functional and inspiring.

Pillow block, also known as plumber block, which are bearing housings supplied without any bearings and are usually meant for higher load ratings and a separately installed bearing.
Pillow block or Plummer block housings can be used with high-capacity spherical roller bearings or self-aligning ball bearings. They are manufactured from high-strength cast iron as standard but are also available in cast steel or spheroidal graphite cast iron. The housings have a re-lubrication facility and can be used with either oil or grease lubrication.
Pillow block or Plummer block can be 1 or 2- piece split types held together by two or four cap bolts. Most bases provide two or four mounting bolts. Most blocks are of Class 30 gray cast iron. For more strength and ductility, usually they can be furnished in ductile iron or cast steel.
We have specialized in producing US/EURO standard bearing housings more than 10 years, could help to design the bearing housing or produce the Bearing Housing according to your requirements. (OEM accepted)
