2.5. Pay attention to the power supply voltage and the nameplate of the air compressor. When the power supply voltage is higher than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it may cause personal accidents and damage the air compressor. When the power supply voltage is lower than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it may cause poor starting and even damage the motor.
2.6. The filter should be cleaned in time according to the use conditions, and the accessories and cable lines should be checked regularly. The damage should be replaced immediately. The machine should be kept clean and dry without oil, in order to fully realize its performance. When the air compressor is not in use, the air in the air tank should be drained, the waste water in the tank should be drained, and stored in a dry environment.

A. The air compressor does not stop working, but the air supply is still insufficient. The air compressor works, and the air tank stops when there is pressure. Use the ear to listen to the external air compressor, air supply pipe on the air tank, check valve, safety valve, pressure switch and other joints have leak sound. If the above problem is ruled out then the head cup can wear or exceed the rated flow, and the machine is overloaded. As for the damage to the leather bowl, you have to change the skin. Generally, the life of the bowl is about 3 years.
B, air compressor intermittent work, lack of air supply. The reason for this failure is: a Insufficient voltage. There is a buzzing start. Observe that the operating current is too large at this time. The minimum operating voltage of the oilless head is 200V. Below this voltage, the head is difficult to start. Frequent starting will cause the head temperature to rise. Eventual circuit protection stops. Until the temperature drops, turn it on again. For areas with frequent voltage fluctuations, automatic voltage regulators are recommended. b Start capacitor leakage. The head of the compressor can also be started when the leakage occurs, but the current is slow and the current is large. Because the current is large, the hair of the machine is quickly heated and the machine head is protected against shutdown. This problem can be replaced with a new one, but it should be noted that the UF number must be the same, too big or too small is not good.
C. The air compressor can start work only after the air pressure of the air tank is set to zero pressure. Otherwise it will not start. You can see that the head is turning very slowly when power is on. The current is also large. This is because the one-way valve is blocked and its position is connected to the head outlet pipe (or high pressure pipe) and the other end to the gas tank. There are three outlets. Its role is to make the gas produced by the machine head can only enter the tank and the gas in the tank cannot come out. Inside it is a spring and a film. If the dirt catches the film, it will cause a reverse air leakage. Then the second start of the head will be pressed against the high pressure and cannot start. The solution is to use the wrench to open the valve cover behind the one-way valve.
D. The air compressor can work, but the noise is significantly larger than the original. This phenomenon is to check whether the operating current is normal after excluding the onboard accessories. If normal, the machine is generally used for some years, and the oil-free air compressor should be kept away from dusty places as much as possible. Regularly unplug the power supply and use high-pressure air to blow off the dust on the surface and the two blades. The noise is excessive.
