V. Exhibitorship procedures

â—‡Apply for the registration of exhibitors, please fill in the application form carefully, fax or mail it to the organizing committee executive organization after stamping the official seal;

3 Within 3 days after applying for the booth, 50% of the pre-payments will be transferred to the organizing committee, and the organizing committee will take effect after receiving the pre-payment. The balance must be paid in full 45 days before the opening of the exhibition. If the payment is overdue, the exhibitor will voluntarily give up the exhibition and the advance payment will not be refunded.

After the remittance is made, please fax the bank remittance slip to the organizing committee. After receiving the advance payment, the Organizing Committee will send the Exhibitor Manual to each exhibiting company.
