**Abstract**
The first "Sanmo Cup" badminton competition, sponsored by Zhengzhou Abrasives Grinding Research Institute Co., Ltd., was successfully held at the Golden Feather Library. Over the course of two days, 113 employees from 22 different company branches competed in a thrilling and well-organized event. This was not just a sports competition, but also a great opportunity for team bonding and friendly rivalry among colleagues.
The tournament featured four categories: women's singles, men's singles, mixed doubles, and men's doubles. Competitors were divided into groups and participated in a round-robin stage before moving on to the knockout rounds. Each group consisted of four teams, with the top two advancing to the next stage. After two intense days of play, the 12-point team emerged as the champions, securing the prestigious "Sanmo Cup" trophy with outstanding performance. The five-point club took second place, followed by the nine-point team and the first team from the second club, who claimed third and fourth places respectively.
The event was filled with excitement, energy, and enthusiasm. Players demonstrated great dedication, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the competition. It was clear that the participants were not only competing for victory, but also enjoying the camaraderie and spirit of the game.
