Siemens powers the world's first state-of-the-art deep-sea drilling platform

Siemens recently provided an advanced power system for the D90, a semi-submersible drilling platform with the deepest drilling depth and deepest drilling depth of CIMC Raffles Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. ("CIMC Raffles"). Siemens' advanced power pack system covers “one-stop” solutions from low-voltage switchboards for high-voltage switchboards to transformers, drilling inverters, propulsion drives and propulsion motors, making the platform more stable, reliable and efficient. The D90 deep-sea semi-submersible rig is based on the Frigstad D90 basic design and is 117 meters long, 92.7 meters wide and 118 meters high. With a maximum water depth of 3,658 meters and a maximum drilling depth of 15,240 meters, the D90 can operate in 99% of the world's waters. The power pack system capacity provided by Siemens is equivalent to the electricity consumption of a city with a population of 500,000.

The Siemens DP3 closed-loop power solution guarantees energy and safety for the platform, reducing oil consumption by 11% for drilling platforms, reducing nitrogen oxides by 35% and carbon dioxide emissions by 20%. In addition, when the generator on the platform suddenly fails, through the DP3 closed-loop power solution, the standby generator can be started in a very short time, so that the platform can obtain continuous power, ensure safe and stable operation, and reduce the maintenance cost of the host by 50%. .

 Disadvantages:
 PE Plastic sheet have Weak mechanical property, air permeability, easy deformation, easy ageing, brittle, brittle less than PP, easy stress cracking, surface hardness, easy to scratch.
Difficult to print, in printing, surface discharge treatment, cannot electroplating, the surface has no luster.
       
       
Specification: the diameter of the PE rod can be produced from 2mm to 250mm. The conventional length is 1000mm, and the length is unlimited.
The thickness of PE sheet material can be produced from 0.3mm to 1.9mm, the normal width is 600mm, the width cannot exceed 1200mm, the length is not limited.
The thickness of plate can be produced from 2mm to 180mm, the usual specification of 2-10mm is 1000mm* 2000mm, and the commonly used specification of10-180mm is 600*1200mm.PE sheet can also be customized according to requirements, and the width cannot exceed 1200mm, and the length is not limited
 

Color: natural color is wax white, also can be customized black and color, the order of the color to order is 500KG.


Modified varieties: PE sheet/rod can be added to the fiberglass, copper powder and molybdenum disulphide to enhance the bar.
Add antistatic agent to the permanent antistatic electric bar, and the volume resistance value is between 6 to 9 power of 10.Add flame retardant to the flame retardant rod from UL 94V-0 to HB flame retardant grade, and other modification requirements are required to customize various additional properties according to the actual use of the customer.
