1. Preparation before driving
(1) Check the safety hazard of the working face and the leveling of the road, and deal with it in time.
(2) Check the oil level of the hydraulic system fuel tank, not lower than the oil mark.
(3) Check if the lubrication of each lubrication point is good.
(4) Check if the brake oil and tire pressure are sufficient and whether the rim is loose.
(5) Check if the cable fixing is secure and the grounding wire is intact.
2, driving operation
(1) Check whether each operation handle is in the normal position, and then confirm that there is no error before closing the main switch;
(2) After turning on the power, be sure to notify the personnel around the scraper to evacuate to the safe zone before starting the scraper;
(3) Check whether the meter reading is normal after starting, whether there is abnormal sound in each part, whether the brake is reliable, whether the hydraulic system leaks oil, etc.
(4) Drive carefully, especially in narrow roads or sharp turns, and slow and low speed. It is strictly forbidden to hit the side pillars or side gangs.
(5) During the entire shovel loading process, the bucket lever and the acceleration mechanism should be used reasonably so that all the tires are running to prevent slipping or idling.
(6) When the scraper retreats, avoid the angle between the axis of the fuselage and the discharged tow cable is less than 90 °C. When proceeding, ensure that the remaining cable on the drum has more than 3 turns to prevent damage to the cable or pull-off slip ring device. .
(7) When the bucket is uphill or downhill, the bucket end always points to the bottom of the slope. When the situation is dangerous, the bucket can be lowered to help stop the scraper.
(8) When the cable is faulty or bandaged, disconnect the main power supply first, and prohibit the power-off operation.
3, at the end
(1) Stop the scraper in a safe place where no loose rock, no dripping water, no patio collapse, no blasting operation, etc.
(2) Reset each joystick, put the boom to the end, and turn the bucket down and touch the ground.
(3) Place the parking lock in the locked position.
(4) Disconnect the car's power switch and main power switch. Park the scraper on a flat surface. If it stops on a slope, wedge the wheel with triangular wood or stone.
(5) Drag the scraper to add a safety chain or wire rope in addition to the normal towing or tie rod. When pulling for long distances, the drive system must be disconnected.
