Analysis of hydraulic protection system of vacuum oil filter

Since the introduction of vacuum oil filters, vacuum oil press hydraulic presses from various manufacturers have generally consisted of hydraulic stations, oil cylinders, pistons, piston rods, and compression plates connected to them. These systems typically include a motor, oil pump, relief valve, reversing valve, pressure gauge, oil circuit, and oil tank.

Since the introduction of vacuum oil filters, vacuum oil press hydraulic presses sold by different manufacturers are typically composed of hydraulic stations, oil cylinders, pistons, piston rods, and compression plates. The system also includes a motor, oil pump, relief valve, reversing valve, pressure gauge, oil circuit, and oil tank.

When the hydraulic pressing machine is in operation, the hydraulic station supplies high-pressure oil, filling the chamber formed by the cylinder and piston with oil. When the pressure exceeds the frictional resistance of the pressing plate, the plate gently and evenly compresses the filter plates. Once the pressing force reaches the pressure value set by the relief valve, the hydraulic pressure of the vacuum oil filter is tightly controlled. The electric contact pressure gauge regulates the pressing force, with the upper limit pointer and the lower limit pin set to the required process values. When the pressing force reaches the upper limit, power is cut off, and the oil pump stops supplying oil.

Due to potential internal or external leaks in the oil circuit system, the pressing force may decrease. When the pressure drops to the lower limit of the pressure gauge, power is reactivated, the oil pump starts to supply oil, and once the pressure reaches the upper limit, power is cut off again. This cycle ensures consistent pressing force throughout the filtration process. When the filter plates, frames, or elements are compacted, the overflow valve begins to unload. At this point, the motor power is turned off, completing the pressing action. After returning, the reversing valve changes direction, allowing pressure oil to enter the rod cavity of the cylinder. When the oil pressure overcomes the frictional resistance of the pressing plate, it begins to retract.
