This time, a total of 18 batches of LED lighting, LED display and photovoltaic component products produced by 13 companies (including 11 batches of 8 enterprises in regular supervision) were examined. After inspection, 15 batches of physical quality were qualified, and the pass rate of physical quality was 83.3. %, an increase of 3.4 percentage points over 2011. Among them: 5 batches of PV modules were inspected, the physical quality pass rate was 100%; 11 batches of LED lighting products, the physical quality pass rate was 81.8%; LED display products were 2 batches, and the physical quality pass rate was 50%.

According to the results of this special spot check, the pass rate of physical quality products is 83.3%. Although it is 3.4% higher than that in 2011, the overall quality problem is still outstanding.

(1) LED lighting products.

A total of 11 batches of products were selected from 8 enterprises, and 7 batches were qualified. The pass rate was 63.6%, and the physical quality qualified 9 batches. The pass rate of physical quality was 81.8%. The main test indicators are: signs, protective grounding devices, measures to prevent accidental contact with live parts, moisture and insulation, dielectric strength, structure, screws, shut-off parts and connectors, lamp power, power factor, initial efficacy / luminous flux, color Characteristics, interchangeability, protection against accidental contact with live parts, insulation resistance and dielectric strength after wet treatment, mechanical strength, harmonics, etc.

There are 4 batches of marks failing. It is expressed in the value of important indicators such as no rated voltage or voltage range, rated power or rated frequency, and some enterprises do not even mark the source mark. This shows that enterprises have insufficient understanding of standards and have not caused enough attention, which is easy to mislead consumers and cause misuse of products.

The color rendering index was unacceptable in 2 batches of color characteristics. The color rendering index is an important indicator reflecting the LED lighting parameters. This parameter refers to the degree of distortion of the color of the object when the LED light illuminates the object. The higher the color rendering index, the less likely the illuminated object is to be distorted. The failure of this indicator indicates that the company used raw materials that did not meet the requirements in the production process, or the process control was biased, and strict factory inspection was not carried out.

(2) LED display products.

A total of 2 batches of products from 2 companies were sampled, and 1 batch of physical quality was qualified. The pass rate of physical quality was 50%. The main indicators are: marking and description, protection against electric shock and energy hazards, grounding and connection protection measures, electrical insulation wiring, connection and power supply (general requirements), wiring, connection and power supply (connection to AC grid), structural requirements ( Stability), structural requirements (mechanical strength), etc.

One batch of grounding and connection protection measures failed. The standard stipulates that if the protective connecting conductor is insulated, the color of the insulating material should be green and yellow. The sample is not executed according to the regulations. It is easy for the user to connect the grounding wire with the L and N poles during the wiring process, resulting in personal injury. Equipment is dangerous. This shows that the company does not understand enough standards and does not pay enough attention.

(3) Photovoltaic components.

A total of 5 batches of products from 3 companies were sampled, and the pass rate of physical quality was 100%. The main testing indicators are: visual inspection, marking, performance under standard test conditions, insulation test, hot spot endurance test, wet leakage current test, accessibility test, grounding connectivity test, reverse current overload test, etc.

For the enterprises that failed to pass the quality inspection, the Chengdu Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau has ordered it to immediately rectify and investigate and deal with the illegal acts in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. In the next step, the bureau will further strengthen the supervision and inspection of LED and photovoltaic products manufacturers, urge enterprises to conscientiously implement the main responsibility of product quality, strictly fulfill the legal obligations of product inspection, and strengthen quality control to promote Chengdu LED and The improvement of the quality level of photovoltaic products.
