(2) The cantilever-restricted sawing head is fixed on the sliding rail, and the sliding rail is used for lifting movement in the sliding seat, and the horizontally extending cantilever of the sliding seat is fixed on the cement pillar. When the sawing head is sawed, the more the sliding, the more the sliding The longer the rail cantilever is, which together with the saw blade overhanging the blade end form three stressed cantilever structures. As the force of the cantilever changes, the number of saw blades increases, the weight of the overhang increases, the length of the cantilever increases, and the amount of deformation of the cantilever force, especially the deformation of the cutter shaft, also increases. This leads to an increase in the yaw amplitude caused by the deformation of the blade of the blade at the outer end of the blade, which is also the reason why the blade of the single column is more easily damaged when used as a multi-piece combination saw.

(3) The bearing force limits the resistance of the block to the saw blade when sawing, and can be decomposed into the top support force and horizontal thrust of the cutter head. Under this force, the sawing head and the slide rail form an upward jacking torque and a horizontal torque. These two moments are finally transmitted to the slide and are carried by the slide. The slide of the single-column saw is generally made higher, and the force of the push-up moment is larger, so the ability to withstand the top moment is also large. The width of the slide rail is relatively narrow, so the ability to withstand horizontal torque is poor. With the reciprocating motion of the blocks on the trolley, the direction of this torque is constantly changing. Because of the need for the lifting movement, there is a gap between the sliding rail and the sliding seat. Under the action of the torsional moment, the cutter shaft is forced to swing back and forth. Also due to the existence of the gap, the upper top moment lifts the cutter shaft when sawing, and the cutter shaft hangs down under the heavy load of the saw blade when the saw blade leaves the block. This is one of the reasons why the cutter shaft is oscillated under the sawing force during the sawing process. The small swing of the gap is small, and the large swing is also large. It can be seen that if the slide rail is longer and wider, that is, the larger the support surface of the slide rail, the more stable the saw machine. Similarly, the smaller the gap between the slide guide rail and the slide rail, the higher the accuracy of the up and down movement, and the smaller the vibration caused by this, and the vibration of the saw machine will increase. Therefore, adjusting the gap between the rail insert and the rail during the use process is an important factor to ensure the stable operation of the saw.

(4) Trolley stability difference The length of the two tracks of the trolley is generally about 6m, and high level and parallelism are required in the whole length to ensure uniform and stable movement of the trolley. The adjustment of the flatness requires a long flat ruler and a level. This condition is not available to the average manufacturer. Even if the adjustment is correct during the new installation, the flatness is affected by the base deformation or uneven wear during use. At this time, adjustments should be made, otherwise there will be three rounds of one wheel hanging in the air, affecting the stability of its use.

When sawing a knife and need to split the saw to cut the second knife, the sliced ​​cars of this type of saw are placed on the trolley. Such overlapping of the two vehicles also increases the instability of the trolley.

During the sawing process, under the heavy pressure of the block material, the trolley works continuously under the conditions of the spattering of the stone powder, and the wheels and bearings are easily damaged. If it is not adjusted or replaced in time, it will affect the normality of the trolley. run.

2. Double-column gantry sawing machine The sawing head of this kind of sawing machine is mostly fixed under the sliding box, and the sliding box is used for reciprocating sawing movement on the beam. The trolley is fixed during the sawing process, thus eliminating the instability caused by the mechanical problems of the trolley.

The torsion moment generated by the resistance of the block material during the sawing process on the cutter shaft can be decomposed into the vertical upward top support force and the horizontal direction torsional moment. Both moments pass through the cutter shaft, and the slide plate acts on the cross beam. Then pass to the two columns to bear. Because the slide rails of the slide box are mostly designed to be long, the bearing point of the horizontal torsion is large, so the bearing capacity of the horizontal moment is also large, the beam is generally narrow, and the two rails on the beam are used as the vertical top moment. The force fulcrum distance is narrower, so the ability to withstand the top moment is poor. However, the saw blade head and the slide box of this type of saw have a relatively large weight, and are generally sufficient to withstand the horizontal force and the supporting torque. To prevent the top, the anti-top roller is arranged under the saw box. Once the topping force is too large and greater than the sum of the weights of the pressing, if the slide rails of the slide box are not restricted by the supporting rollers, they will be disengaged from the upper rail and contact with the rail surface of the beam, so that the supporting wheel can prevent the top. The role of the slide rails is ensured, so that stable sawing can be achieved. When such a sawing machine is equipped with more combined saw blades, such as when the topping force exceeds the weight of the lower pressing force to cause the topping phenomenon to cause the sliding plate to vibrate, it is necessary to adjust the loading and unloading at the right time, and it must be adjusted to the lower rail of the beam. When the contact is made, the support wheel rotates with the movement of the slide box. However, the pressure on the supporting roller cannot be adjusted too tightly, otherwise the resistance of the sliding rail will be increased. Therefore, it is necessary to properly adjust the top force of the supporting roller so that it can rotate the surface freely with the movement of the sliding rail and the top is not tight, and the top does not die.

The cutter shaft of the saw is also cantilevered. As the number of saw blades increases, the overhang weight and the length of the boom increase, and the deformation of the cutter shaft also increases, which will cause the saw blade to yaw and increase vibration, affecting the saw. Cut the effect. Therefore, the number of combined saw blades on such saws is also limited.

Of course, this type of machine is used as a single-piece saw or a small number of small-sized saw blades. The sawing effect is still very good, so it is widely used by the plate factory and the stone factory. This is also the most basic type of stone sawing. model.

Compared with the gantry sawing machine, the single-column sawing machine has different bearing capacities, but the cantilever structure of the cutter shaft is a common feature. Therefore, the use as a combination saw and the development in the direction of a multi-saw combination is equally limited by the structural form.

3. Four-column frame sawing machine The sawing machine of this structure is mostly a combination sawing machine, especially the large-scale combined sawing machine. This structure is almost all adopted because the four-column column and the frame connected above and below form an extremely stable foundation. Moreover, the column is high, the beam is long, the stringer is wide, and it can be cut into large blocks. The cutter shaft adopts a multi-support structure with non-cantilever, and the distance between the bearing points in the longitudinal and lateral directions of the cutter seat is large, and there is no deflection torque, and the force is uniform, so that more saw blades can be installed. For example, a large group saw can hold 70 knives, and a domestic machine can also install 30 knives. This large-scale block material can be loaded with high efficiency, high-quality multi-level sawing, and the best sawing parameters can be selected according to different block specifications and materials. If the frequency conversion speed regulation can be used to easily change the saw blade speed and the cutter speed, the feed amount and the slice shift can be accurately controlled. The main sawing parameters are controlled by the computer to control the digital or screen display, and the sawing is completed automatically. process.

As a combination saw, it can be said that this type of machine is the most ideal, but the expensive price is also unacceptable to the majority of users. Take 30 saws as an example, the import price is between 1.5 million yuan and 2 million yuan, and the price of domestically produced machines is between 200,000 yuan and 300,000 yuan. 2, the accuracy of the cutter shaft and the wear resistance of the cutter shaft is the benchmark for the installation of the saw blade, the accuracy of which generally determines the installation accuracy of the saw blade. When the saw blade is mounted and removed, the repeated friction of the saw blade on the shaft can easily cause wear or scratch damage of the cutter shaft, especially after long-term use of the equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the accuracy of the cutter shaft does not change greatly. In addition to the necessary inspection and adjustment of the mounting accuracy of the cutter shaft, the selection, heat treatment and surface treatment of the cutter shaft are also important. The group saw blade shaft we produce is made of alloy steel. In addition to the quenching and tempering treatment to ensure that the cutter shaft has good rigidity and is not easy to deform, the surface deep layer is also subjected to super-audio quenching treatment (higher frequency quenching hard layer depth). The outer surface is then hard chrome plated and finally ground by a grinding machine. The surface of the cutter shaft processed by this method is smooth, non-corrosive, high in hardness (HRC60 or above), hard layer thick, not easy to wear and scratch damage, and can ensure high precision of the cutter shaft after long-term use.

3. Inspection and adjustment of the accuracy of the cutter shaft (1) Slowly rotate the cutter shaft and test with a dial indicator. The requirements are as follows:

When there is a large difference, the problem that the sawn hair plate appears thin and thick (commonly known as the axe plate) can be judged to be caused by the vertical crossing of the tool axis guide rail, which must be adjusted and corrected.

When the above situation occurs, please saw the layer of the board under the required depth and raise the saw blade. Then remove the cut outer layer of the block. Draw the AB line at the height of the saw blade on the left vertical board, and attach the dial indicator to the lower edge of the saw blade. Rotate the saw blade to turn the dial indicator to the A and B on the contour line. Point and lift the saw blade to adjust the distance between the two detection points A and B to more than 1m. The difference between the two points should be no more than 0.05mm/1m. If the ratio exceeds the ratio, it should be adjusted. When adjusting, just fix the sawing head and loosen it slightly. Tap the sawing head to make it swing slightly, adjust it to the required position and then lock the bolt. To prevent the position from changing after loosening, It is best to add a positioning pin after the adjustment. If there is already a locating pin, the pin must be removed first, and then drilled and sold after the adjustment.

4, the pad precision combination saw machine with the size of the saw blade combined use, the slice shift requires high degree of overlap of the saw seam, in addition to the movement distance, but also with the saw blade yaw amount, the width of the cutter head The error is directly related to the weld symmetry deviation and the accuracy of the pad.

The pad is mostly made of cast iron and aluminum alloy. The aluminum alloy is light, wear-resistant, easy to process, and non-corrosive. It is an ideal pad material, but the price is much higher than that of cast iron. In order to improve the precision, the concave and concave holes of the backing plate should be processed first. Then, the concave hole and the concave surface are positioned to be fixed on the special tooling, and the other concave surface is formed by one clamping, and the inner holes and the outer circle of the two sides are finished. The yaw error of the two sides of the thus processed pad can be controlled within 0.01~0.015mm, the thickness difference is less than 0.02mm, and the precision is high, which reduces the influence of the pad error on the yaw of the saw blade and the overlap of the saw. .

Features should pay attention to the storage of the pad, do not litter and cause scratch damage. Care must be taken to remove dirt from the mating surface during installation to ensure the accuracy of the saw blade installation.

Third, the saw blade installation adjustment 1, a small number of saw blade adjustments in the entire set of saw blades sometimes appear one, two or a few blades of the yaw overshoot, then the excessive saw blade can be removed, clear After the rust and stains of the saw blade and the backing plate, the saw blades are reattached to the outer end of the cutter shaft (the tailstock end) when the saw blade is removed. If the rotation check is still too bad, the saw blade and the saw can be sawed. After the plates are rotated at a certain angle, the locks are locked and checked. If the yaw of the saw blade is too large to be adjusted after repeated rotations, it should be removed for shaping.

2, the entire set of saw blade adjustment combined saw blade installation, sometimes the entire set of saw blades at the same time yaw in one direction. Such a yaw causes a horizontal component of circulation due to the action of centrifugal force during rotation.

The magnitude of the horizontal component increases as the amount of yaw increases. In severe cases, it causes the lateral swaying vibration of the saw machine, so that it cannot work normally. To this end, we have an adjustment plate on the outer end of the cutter shaft that can adjust the yaw amount of the entire set of saw blades (Fig. 3). The saw blade must be pre-locked during adjustment. The degree of pre-tightening is adjusted by adjusting the adjusting screw on the disc, and the saw blade is not subject to rebound due to looseness. The adjustment should be carried out under the monitoring of the dial indicator. According to the detection of the dial indicator, the point with the largest yaw amount is turned back to the top by adjusting the screw, and the side is adjusted while checking to meet the requirements. Then lock all the adjustment screws, and finally lock the saw blade, and then re-inspection can be put into use. This adjustment method is simple and easy to learn, and can be mastered by ordinary operators. After correct adjustment, the yaw amount of the whole set of saw blades can be controlled within the range of 0.3 to 0.5 mm, and has high precision of use.

3. Mounting position of the saw blade The saw blade is mounted on the cutter shaft and rotates around the center line of the cutter shaft. The dimensional tolerance of the cutter shaft is 100-0.036, and the dimensional tolerance of the saw blade hole is 100+0.066. The clearance between the shaft and the hole varies from 0.048 to 0.137 (see Figure 5). When the saw blade is installed, the cutter shaft stops moving. After the saw blade is loaded, the gap between the saw blade and the cutter shaft appears in the knife. Below the shaft, the center of the saw blade rotating about the tool axis deviates from the center of the saw blade by 0.048 to 0.137 mm. After the relative position between the saw blades is changed, the direction of the cutting edge is changed due to the change of the center of rotation. Therefore, after installing the saw blade and cutting it, if you need to disassemble the saw blade, be sure to make the bottom dead mark when disassembling. When reinstalling, you must install it according to the mark. Do not change the direction and position of the saw blade. Otherwise, the change in the direction of the cutting edge will affect the efficiency of the sawing and the life of the saw blade.

Fourth, the requirements of the saw blade 1, the requirements of the saw blade body hole should be strictly controlled within the tolerance range, such as the inner hole is too small when the upper knife shaft is tight, will cause installation difficulties and affect the blade deflection Adjustment. Due to the high hardness of the sheet, the uneven grinding of the grinding wheel is easy to cause eccentricity. Therefore, it is not possible to evenly enlarge the hole with a semicircular file. It takes time and effort to increase the difficulty for users.

The side yaw of the sheet should be controlled within 0.3mm.

The stress (tension) in the sheet should be uniform and not easily deformed to extend the life of the sheet.

2. Requirements for the cutter head The width of the cutter head should be grouped according to its dimensional error. The error of the cutter head width on the same saw blade should be controlled within 0.05 mm.

The cutter head should be welded symmetrically to the sheet body, and the error of the side of each cutter head relative to the side of the sheet after welding is not more than 0.08 mm.

The sharpness of the cutter head directly affects the sawing efficiency and service life. When using, the appropriate amount of cutting and sawing speed should be selected according to the different materials of the block. The sawing current should be controlled within 80%~90% of the rated value, and the sawing sound should be smooth and supple. Sometimes a sharp cutter head can be used for a period of time, and the sawing is difficult, the current is increased, and the sound becomes thicker. This is because the corundum wears off or the mixing of the cutter head is uneven, so that the silicon carbide content at this level is insufficient. Effective sawing. At this time, the sawing performance can be restored after the blade is exposed.

Fifth, the use requirements 1, in order to improve the yield rate, reduce the unnecessary wear of the saw blade, please pay attention to the location of the block and can be * fixed.

2. When sawing, the spark generated by the strong impact of the cutter head and the stone causes heat to be generated, and a sufficient amount of cooling water is required for cooling. If the amount of water is insufficient, the cutter head will be burnt, so it is necessary to ensure an adequate supply of water without interruption.

3. Add the lubricating fluid on time according to the amount. Sufficient lubrication reduces friction, reduces noise, increases productivity, and extends the life of the blade.

4. Saw the stone of different materials. According to the change of the main motor current, please adjust the sawing depth and sawing speed in time.

5. The sawing process pays attention to the change of the sawing sound and the change of the current. If an abnormality occurs, it should be eliminated in time.

6. Monitor the quality of the sawn board and check the influencing factors according to the degree and quantity of the board.

7. When removing the saw blade for storage, in order to reduce the deformation, vertical hanging should be hung.

Export plates have strict quality requirements for each process, although the quality requirements of domestic plates can be reduced, but improving the quality of domestic plates is still the top priority of the plate industry.

1. The leveling and thickness difference of the leveling and thickening plates should first be taken from the production of the board. Do a good job in the installation and adjustment of the sawing machine and the saw blade, and correctly select the sawing parameters, which can greatly reduce the chance of the thickness of the wool board, improve the yield of the finished wool board, reduce the number of thickened wool boards, and thus reduce the thickness of the thickening board. . This work export plate manufacturer generally does a better job.

However, the requirements for the difference in thickness of the inner sheet are not strict, and the thickness control of the sawing of the board is also poor. In order to reduce the cost, almost no thickening treatment is performed. This is a common problem in the current domestic market. The leveling and thickening machines we produce are available in single head and four heads, and are currently used by export sheet mills.

2, polishing and polishing The hand-held grinding machine used by the plate manufacturers, there are generally problems such as the grinding head shaft bearing and the lifting rack sleeve are easy to damage, the spring rigidity is not enough. In response to these problems, we have modified the design and achieved good results. Now we have a hand-held grinding machine with a large increase in overall stiffness, spring pressure and rack strength, which improves the defect of the grinding head shaft in the bearing. It improves the dynamic accuracy of the spindle and the bearing life. For example, the large-flower green marble which is difficult to be polished by the general mill can achieve a gloss of more than 80 degrees on our mill. 3, cutting edge cutting edge cutting mainly has the problem of right angle error and edge missing. The former is mainly the adjustment of equipment limit plate and the responsibility of the operator. The latter is related to the sharpness of the saw blade and the performance of the equipment. Our cutting machine uses frequency conversion technology and two-stage feed speed. Depending on the cutting performance of the sheet, the appropriate feed rate can be arbitrarily selected and automatically decelerated when the sheet is cut. Therefore, the occurrence of chipping corners can be avoided.

4. The thin plate of the chamfered edging exit mostly requires four-sided chamfering, and the chamfering machine is now damaged due to the easy entry of the grinding head bearing. We changed the common rotation of the shaft and the grinding head to only the grinding head and the shaft only lifted, and the bearing was placed in the grinding head to improve the bearing life. The type of the grinding head of the original chamfering machine was changed to two grinding heads. The work of chamfering and edging was originally completed by two machines. 3, the power of the old saw machine is mostly between 22 ~ 30kW, generally can be changed to 1 large 1 small or 2 large 2 small saw blade for sawing. If it is possible to change the 22kW or 30kW class 6 motor of the original machine to a class 4 motor, the motor power is the same as the original machine, but the motor speed is increased by one third. At the same time, it must be equipped with a reduction gear box to reduce the required shaft speed after deceleration. The reduction gearbox also plays a role in increasing the torque of the cutter shaft while reducing the speed. This allows more blades to be configured and the operating current of the motor does not increase and is generally reduced. For example, our modified gantry saw machine, equipped with a 22kW class 4 motor and a reduction gearbox, can hold 4 to 5 pieces of 1.2m saw blades or 2 large 2 small saw blades, and the sawing current is mostly within 30A. If it is changed to 30kW class 4 motor and corresponding gear box, the saw machine can be equipped with 8 pieces of 1.2m saw blade or 3 big 3 small saw blades, and the sawing current is between 30~40A. Such a modification does not cost much, but it can have the dual effect of improving efficiency and energy saving.

4. After the sawing machine is changed to multiple knives, in addition to the outer end of the arbor, the outer end of the arbor must be lengthened accordingly, and special attention should be paid to the change of the counterweight. After the multi-blade is installed, the weight of the overhang on the cutter shaft is increased, and the sawing reaction force of the upper top is also increased. If the topping force is greater than the weight of the entire slip-box, the slipper box is placed off the rail surface. Losing the guiding effect, when it is serious, it cannot be sawed normally.
