(6) Drying: the wet honeycomb is dried to a moisture content of less than 2%;
(7) Charring and activation: using inert gas as the shielding gas, heating to 600-800 ° C at a heating rate of 3-5 ° C / min, and carbonizing at this temperature for 2-3 hours; then heating at a temperature of 5 -15 ° C / The temperature is raised to 750-850 ° C, activated by steam for 3-15 hours, and finally passed through a multi-process process Boyuan finally made coal honeycomb activated carbon.
