From the beginning of the declaration to formal acceptance of the project, it lasted for nearly 5 years. The project has constructed an intelligent micro-grid multi-level operation control system and communication architecture, and has proposed an intelligent micro-grid system integrated integration, control hierarchy, energy management integration and configuration scheme, formulated a corresponding control protection scheme and scheduling strategy, and through simulation and on-site The test was verified; the operational and industrialization promotion model was explored; the microgrid central controller and energy management system equipment were developed and applied to the Dongnan Island Smart Microgrid project in Zhuhai.

Dongao Island Micro-grid is the first practical project of off-grid, medium-voltage, megawatt-scale commercialization of large-scale wind turbines.

With the support of the project, the South China Research Institute has mastered key engineering technologies such as operation control, optimization scheduling, and simulation testing for off-grid wind/light/chai/storage microgrids, and formulated six criteria, including one for national standards. , 4 industry standards and 1 corporate standard.
