On the other hand, from the perspective of cost-driven, although the rising prices of raw materials and labor have eased, the rising pressure on high-tech enterprises has not been fundamentally changed. Under the two-way pressure of commodity sales and production and operation, the profitability of enterprises is further reduced, and the willingness and ability of enterprises to expand production scale decline. As a result, high-tech enterprises are paying more attention to scientific research results that are close to the market and have short development cycles, thereby expanding the market and rapidly improving the competitiveness of enterprises. Peng Chunyan told reporters that the high-tech enterprise boom analysis group conducted a special investigation on the construction of high-tech enterprises. The survey results show that high-tech enterprises attach great importance to independent research and development capabilities and the construction of scientific research institutions. Almost all enterprises surveyed have research and development institutions. Among them, about 69.2% of enterprises choose to independently set up research and development institutions. The types of technologies developed by enterprise R&D institutions are mainly industrialized technologies, and the proportion of R&D front-ends involving laboratory technology and small test technology is relatively small, and the proportion of supporting technologies in the later stage of industrialization is relatively low.
