To this end, Laibin City requested the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Committee for Industry and Commerce to coordinate and promote the use of Qiaogong Hydropower Station and Laibin Power Plant as the simulated captive power plant of Yinhai Aluminum Company in order to solve the problem of excessively high electricity costs for the guests of Yinhai Aluminum.
