Fuhua Family Successfully Developed 5 New Fabrics

Recently, the acceptance of five new fabrics of Fuhua Family was held in the company's Science Park. The relevant leaders of the Science and Technology Bureau of Wujiang City, Jiangsu Province and experts in the field of textile fabrics reviewed the new products developed by Fuhua. The meeting spoke highly of the five new fabrics, and at the same time fully affirmed the efforts made by the Fuhua family to constantly develop new products and continuously innovate and improve. The Fuhua Family Science and Technology Research & Development Division has conducted research on market research, prospect analysis, and benefit analysis to determine R&D projects and overcome many difficulties. It has developed five representative fabrics: the wool series, the cotton series, the Shuft series, and the Mengli. Sha series and Denise series fabrics.

The velvet series fabrics are mainly made from fine denier multifilament yarns and polyester low elastane yarns, with plain weaving as the main style, and weaving using similar weaving and weft density process parameters. The product is soft and delicate in touch, and can achieve excellent flocking performance and breathability and moisture permeability without coating. The fabric of the project is not coated and it can achieve imitated velvet purpose. It is not only beneficial to the improvement of weaving technology and process level, but also reduces the pollution to the environment.

The warp and weft yarns of the excellent cotton yarns are all made of nylon yarn and are jacquard, plaid, and sliver. They are woven on an imported Tsudakoma water jet loom, and then cooled, dyed, and damped by a cold pile. Sweat sorted out. Such fabrics are soft to the touch, feel cotton, and have good hygroscopicity and are not susceptible to static electricity. As a nylon fiber fabric, it is far better than cotton in terms of wear resistance, tear strength, and tensile strength. In addition, this fabric is easy to wash and fast dry, with bright colors, good appearance, excellent conformal performance, and reaches the level of cotton in terms of comfort. It is superior to cotton in many comprehensive characteristics.

The Schiffer series of fabrics is made of 20D/35F nylon filaments, with plain, plaid and jacquard as the main styles. This fabric not only has the light and thin, perspective style of general fine denier fabrics, but also has a silky lubricating feel, soft and smooth, and skin-friendly. The fabric also has a certain moisture absorption and breathability, and can be worn without boring and wet when not wet. After testing, the physical indicators of the fabric all reached the national standard. The successful research and development of Schoft fabrics has solved the problem of poor suitability of light and thin chemical fiber fabrics, changed people's impressions on chemical fiber fabrics, and applied to the production of original light and thin synthetic fabrics as well as fashion apparel. And so on, has a good market prospect.

The warp and weft yarns of Monalisa products are made of nylon fine denier multifilament as the raw material, exquisite jacquard and plaid as the main style, and are woven on imported Tsudakoma water jet loom. They are elegant, exquisite, smooth and soft. Ultra-thin, lightweight, perspective in one, suitable for the production of women's fashion, casual wear and so on. Mengli yarn series fabrics are in line with current trends, conform to the trend of science and technology and the development of the times, and are in line with the development strategy of “Made in China” to “Created in China”, and are more in line with the “12th Five-Year Plan” for low-carbon, energy-saving and environmental protection. Denis fabrics are made of glossy polyester multifilament (20D/12F), semi-light nylon fine denier multifilament (20D/35F), weaving on Tsudakoma water jet loom, light weight, perspective, softness , elegant, colorful and other characteristics, suitable for the production of casual clothes, down jacket fabrics. This series of products is in line with the development direction of today's textile fabrics, in line with the popular consumer trends, the bright prospects for industrialization, will inject new vitality into the market prosperity of fine denier ultra-thin fabrics.

The above five products have been submitted to the National Silk Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for testing. After testing, the items inspected are in line with the first-class product requirements specified in GB/T17253-2008 "Synthetic Fiber Silk Fabrics" standard and GB18401-2003 standard (B-type products), and have passed the acceptance of Wujiang Science and Technology Bureau for its products and production.
