The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued an announcement No. 41 of 2011 on the 22nd and decided to terminate the anti-dumping measures applicable to imported PBT resins originating in Japan and Taiwan from the 22nd.
On July 22, 2006, the Ministry of Commerce decided to impose anti-dumping duties on imports of PBT resin originating in Japan and Taiwan, with an implementation period of five years.
On January 22, 2011, the Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement announcing that the above anti-dumping measures will be terminated on July 22, 2011. From the date of the announcement, domestic industries or natural persons, legal persons, or related organizations representing domestic industries may be involved in the anti-dumping. 60 days prior to the termination of the measure, an application for final review shall be submitted in writing to the Ministry of Commerce.
According to the announcement, no domestic industry or natural person, legal person or related organization representing the domestic industry has filed an application for review within the prescribed time limit, and the Ministry of Commerce has also decided not to actively initiate a final review investigation.
