BLD110 Explosion-proof lamp matters needing attention
1) According to the GB3836.15 standard, combined with on-site conditions, formulate specific periodic inspection and continuous supervision and maintenance system;
2) Before use, check that the supply voltage is the same as the rated voltage of the luminaire, to avoid damage to the luminaire due to voltage inconsistency;
3) Non-professionals must not disassemble lamps.
4) Lamps must be reliably grounded.
5) When changing the light source or disassembling the lamp, it must be done in a safe place.
6) Keep the surface of the lamp housing and transparent parts clean to ensure good light transmission;
7) Ambient temperature of the luminaire is between -40°C and 45°C. If it exceeds 45°C, forced ventilation is required.
8) Avoid the collision between the lamp housing and the hard object. During use and maintenance, the explosion-proof surface should be protected. There should be no bumps, scratches, or other dirt. If there is any dirt, use a non-metallic scraper to clean it, so as not to damage the explosion-proof surface. .
9) Regularly check the sealing ring for aging so as not to affect the sealing performance.
10) When using the wire to enter the lamp, the sealing ring shall be a three-hole sealing ring, and an explosion-proof accessory with packing and sealing shall be installed at the front stage of the lamp.
