PCH-1010 ring hammer crusher is an impact crusher with ring hammer, mainly used for crushing brittle materials such as coal, coal gangue and coke. When the machine is working, the ring hammer not only revolves the rotor, but also rotates around the hammer. When the material enters the crushing chamber, it is firstly crushed by the impact of the ring hammer rotating at high speed with the rotor. The impacted material simultaneously obtains the function from the ring hammer, rushes to the crushing plate at high speed, is subjected to secondary crushing, and then falls to the sieve plate. On the top, the material is further broken by the rolling and shearing action of the ring hammer, and finally removed through the sieve hole. Different discharge sizes are achieved by replacing sieve plates of different pore sizes, and debris that cannot be broken is thrown to the collector.
