Summer control of pepper pests and diseases

After the "Summer solstice", it entered the summer season. Due to the rising temperature, the growth of the pepper pests and diseases will accelerate. If it is not controlled, it will lead to a large number of deaths of the pepper trees, causing heavy economic losses. The summer prevention and control methods of the main pests and diseases of pepper are introduced as follows. Please take time to prevent and control.

1. Chinese prickly ash disease, prickly ash disease (dry rot) is a serious branch disease that often occurs with the beetle and the genus Gentiana. This disease is common in the pepper producing areas of the counties in southern Anhui, especially in Wu Du, Wenxian, Suichang, Kangxian and other places have occurred seriously. In general, the disease rate of pepper garden is more than 20%, the highest is 100%, and the pest index is 30-50. The disease has a high incidence rate in the high temperature period, which can quickly cause the phloem necrosis and rot of the trunk base, which seriously affects the nutrient transportation, leading to yellowing of the leaves and even the death of the entire branches or crowns, often destroying a newly established pepper garden.

Control methods: (1) Control pests. Timely work on the prevention and control of insects such as beetles and geyin, protect and enhance the tree, reduce the occurrence of gum disease, and have a good effect. (2) Pharmacy protection. Use a sharp knife to completely scrape the ulcerated lesions, apply it with a gelatin deceleration or Solitaire, and then apply a layer of mud to absorb the liquid from the tree. The effect is excellent.

Second, the root rot of pepper root rot disease has occurred in the pepper producing areas of all counties in southern Anhui, the victim rate is more than 85%, and the annual mortality rate is 15.8%. It has been observed that other pepper trees can sustain the pepper tree for 2 to 3 years before it can die. If the root rot is felt, the pepper tree will die. Therefore, the root rot of pepper is the primary enemy of the pepper tree, and must not be taken lightly.

Control methods: (1) pay attention to drainage. There are more heavy rains in summer, and an encirclement ring (埂) is built in advance according to the canopy of the pepper to prevent flooding into the pores of the roots of the pepper tree roots, causing the death of the pepper trees. (2) The roots of the big tree should be cut off in time, and the Solibal solution should be disinfected at the cut, then the root rot pesticide should be sprinkled, and then the new soil can be covered.

3. Pepper rust Pepper rust is an important disease of the leaves of the pepper, which can cause the leaves of the pepper tree to fall off in advance, which causes the pepper tree to sprout new leaves again. This not only affected the nutrient accumulation of pepper trees in the same year, but also importantly because the secondary hair leaves consumed a lot of nutrients, directly affecting the yield and quality of the pepper in the next year, and more importantly, it has a great threat to the life span of the pepper tree.

Control methods: (1) early prevention and treatment. Spray the Solitaire solution once before the onset of the disease. (2) Timely prevention and control. At the peak of the disease, Solibar "99" insecticide net pesticide was sprayed once every 10 days. When spraying, pay attention to spraying pesticides on the back of the leaves, leaves and trunks. At the same time, it can also control pests such as powdery mildew, bituminous coal, aphids and red spiders. (3) Remove defoliated weeds, concentrate on burning, and reduce the source of bacteria.

Fourth, there are many types of Zanthoxylum bungeanum. The main hazards of pepper are Tiger Tianniu, Xingtian, Orange, and Red-necked Ox, which occur in the pepper producing areas of all counties in southern Anhui. Especially in the high-quality and high-yield "Red Robe King" pepper tree species is seriously harmful. Adults bite on the leaves of the pepper, which is lighter. The larvae drill the trunk and eat up and down, causing the trees to die, causing the pepper to reduce production, which is very serious. Every year, 12% of the pepper trees are harmed, and the pepper production generally loses more than 35%.

Control methods: (1) capture adult worms. In the Futian, the adult worms were artificially captured and eliminated on the occasion of laying eggs on the pepper trees. (2) Eliminate larvae. In the affected part where the yellow-brown liquid flows, use a knife to pick up the assassination larva. (3) Chemical control. According to the size of the ramp, the wood chips and insects are cleaned with fine iron wire, and then the syringe is used to inject the strong oxenling emulsion which is harmless to the tree, and then sealed with mud to prevent the efficiency from reaching 100%. (4) The dead trees that have been killed should be removed and burned in time to completely eliminate the insect source.

5. Pepper, mulberry, white pepper, mulberry and white peony, all occur in the pepper producing areas of the counties in southern Anhui, especially in the Bailong River and Baishui River basins. The nymphs suck on the trunk of the pepper, and the insects on the epidermis per square centimeter on the branches often reach more than 54 heads. Therefore, the killed branches often die. For example, thousands of pepper trees in Qizigou Village, Chengjiao Township, Wudu County, have not been controlled, and all are killed by mulberry scorpion, and the loss is as much as 10,000 yuan.

Control methods: (1) In the first and second generation nymph hatching period, spray Solibal or methomyl 400 ~ 500 times liquid. (2) In the mature stage of nymphs, there is a gel covering to protect the worms from absorbing the sap. First, after using a plastic hard brush to smash, and then use Solibal + "99" insecticide net spray cloth, the effect is up to 100%. (3) The branches that have died from the hazard are cut off and burned.

Sixth, pepper, cockroach, mosquito, cockroach, mosquito, and dried pepper. In the pepper-producing areas of the counties in southern Anhui, the rate of the affected plants is between 1.6% and 100%. After the branches are damaged, the shoots are stimulated to cause tissue hyperplasia, forming columnar worms. As the age of the worm increases, dense small tumor-like protrusions appear in the victim. The worms can be as long as 42 centimeters, and the number of insects is as high as 55-335. The affected branches are not only blocked by growth, but also dried up late, and often cause the tree to age and die.

Control methods: (1) Cut off the insect branches, burn them intensively, and disinfect them with Solyl Bar. If they can be trimmed continuously for 1-2 years, the damage of the insects can be obviously reduced and controlled. (2) After the pepper is harvested, spray 500-600 times of the Dove pesticide to kill the adult. (3) Using cotton to smear on the tumor, the effect is excellent.
