National Hazardous Chemicals Rescue Technical Contest Rules (2016 Edition)
Section I Personal Projects
First, the theoretical examination theory examination questions are all multiple-choice questions, a total of 100 questions, sub-choice single-choice questions and multiple-choice questions, single-choice questions accounted for 70% , multi-choice questions accounted for 30% . The test time is 60 minutes. The exam content is:
(a) Laws and regulations. (b) Basic knowledge of hazardous chemicals. The characteristics of production, operation, storage, transportation and use of dangerous chemicals, the state's major supervision of dangerous chemicals, the state's major supervision of hazardous chemical processes, emergency pipeline disposal principles, major hazard management, types of accidents, characteristics, emergency handling, and other hazardous chemicals Basic knowledge of accident rescue.
(c) Emergency equipment. Hazardous Chemical Accidents Personal protection, detection, fire extinguishing, plugging, decontamination, demolition and other emergency equipment performance, selection, operation, troubleshooting and other basic knowledge.
(d) Case analysis. Set typical scenes of hazardous chemical accidents, and analyze the emergency disposal plans from the aspects of scientificity, completeness, and correctness.
Second, comprehensive physical fitness

(8) Safety precautions.
1. Participants should warm up before the competition to prevent joint sprains and muscle strains.

Third, the individual rescue and rescue

7. The soft dummy is placed over the protective pad for an additional 20 seconds.
8.Personal protective equipment falls off during the competition, and each piece of equipment takes 20 seconds.

(8) Safety precautions.

Fourth, pressure plugging quickly
(a) The content of the competition.
