The temperature is too low, because the regulating valve does not operate or the steam pressure is too low (sometimes the PID value is not suitable); common fault It is that the regulating valve does not operate (there is damage to the motor starting capacitor, the valve stem is stuck, etc.), and the curve has a negative deviation (mainly due to low steam pressure). The entire control system can be said to be labor-saving and energy-saving, and is highly praised by on-site operators. The annual metering verification is also a cleaning and maintenance, which can be said to be a maintenance-free instrument.
