First, the basic principle of the system Temperature control automatic adjustment is a commonly used control system, widely used in industrial enterprises. In the past, most of the temperature control used DDZ type instrument with hand-held communicator, servo amplifier, etc., the wiring has a complicated failure rate and low control precision. The fault is mostly on the regulating valve. The main faults are: 1. Over-temperature, the reason is that the regulating valve is not flexible or the closing is not strict; 2. The temperature is too low, because the regulating valve does not operate or the steam pressure is too low (sometimes the PID value is not suitable); common fault It is that the regulating valve does not operate (there is damage to the motor starting capacitor, the valve stem is stuck, etc.), and the curve has a negative deviation (mainly due to low steam pressure). The entire control system can be said to be labor-saving and energy-saving, and is highly praised by on-site operators. The annual metering verification is also a cleaning and maintenance, which can be said to be a maintenance-free instrument.
